First of all, there is no way of disabling the security probe, you need to
hide somewhaere ,If you want to use the cheat's provided with the game, but
don't want to lose any points save a game at your currnet pasition then use
the cheat, after you finsh using the cheats don't do anything!!, reload your
saved game and then you should know what to do.
If you want to get rid of the security probe, just lock him in the vault after
you've cleared it out. And if you want a lot of points, there is a game error
in my game that continues to give you points every time you watch the video.

the High security area use the wrench then the geigger) For the security probe
