Character Hair/Accessory/Panty selection

At the costume selection screen, enter these combinations to select different
clothing.

Panty....... Press the Punch, Hold or Kick button.
Accessory... Hold Left & Right and press the Punch, Hold or Kick button.
Hair Style.. Hold L1 & R1 and press the Punch, Hold or Kick button.
