Enable the console by going to Video/Audio, then Advanced options, then click
console. Now during gameplay, enter any of the following:
god - God Mode
give all - All Weapons
notarget - No Target Mode (Enemies Don't Attack)
noclip - No Clipping Mode (Walk Through Walls)
health 100 - Full Health
eventlist - Show All Possible Commands
If you just want to go to a certain level in the game, enable the console
(Video/Audio menu -> advanced options, on the right), pull down the console with
~ and then type "map" followed by one of these names

Hot To Deal With the Items:
To spawn in items and enemies (or anything else) you must open the console and
then type spawn (itemname).tik. For example, to spawn in a water ampoule, type
spawn item_waterampoule.tik and you'll see one appear in the game world just in
front of Julie. Don't forget to add .tik to the end of the item name, or it
won't
work.
