NFS\GAMEDATA\SAVEGAME

find relative sector 0000001
0304 (0130h) 5A 00 20 00 43 00 48 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
0320 (0140h) 00 00 00 00 00 00...........

change to

0340 (0130h) 5A 00 20 00 43 00 48 00 01 00 01 00 01 00 01 00
0320 (0140h) 01 00 01 00 ................
                               
load the save game again, choose any game and play (can quit in the
middle) then the hidden track will appear.
