Enables Blood Mode:

Unlock Zombie Mode:
At the title screen, press Down, Up, Right, Down, Up, Right, Down, Up, Right,
Right, Right.

Unlock Sound Check Bonus Level:
At the pause screen in Score Ranking Overworld, press LB, LB, LB, RB, RB, RB,
LB, RB.
