Kelly Bailey
Kelly Bailey is an American composer and game developer.
In Valve
Kelley Bailey is best known for his work with Valve. He joined the company in the late 90s when during the development of Half-Life. Bailey has not only written the soundtrack for the game but also was the sound designer and wrote the sound code. His face was used to model the face of Gordan Freeman, the protagonist of Half-Life series and one of the most iconic characters in video games history. The composer has been working on other Valve projects including Half-Life 2, Portal and Half-Life 2: Episode One and Episode Two until he left the company in 2010.
After Valve
After leaving the company, Bailey founded two companies – Sunspark abs LLC and IndiMo Labs. The latter is known as a developer of Vanishing Realms: Rite of Steel – a role-playing game for HTC Vive virtual reality headset.
