Walkthrough
Here is the section you would most likely turn to first when you read this guide
since it details the way through the entire game. I've done it in a way that
describes the way precisely through each level the first time that you enter it.
The Catacombs, for example, you explore three times! On each successive visit to
an area, I'll just describe some of the things to look out for on your journey -
I'll just assume that you can remember how to get through the area and tell you
where things like spell books or powerful weapons are hidden. I will not tell
the
locations of every single enemy as some walkthroughs do since there are
different
amounts of enemies on each dificulty level, and it would simply take forever to
do it! I will instead mark the locations of key creatures, especially those
armed
with magical weapons or armor that you'll want.
Secondly, the game restricts your movement. You are put on a straight path that
makes the game somewhat linear, but it does allow a certain degree of
exploration. After each quest has been completed, the areas you can visit
change,
the creatures respawn, and new treasures get distributed. The enemies are
usually
stronger than they were before, or of different types that make the level more
challenging.
Thirdly, there are three levels of difficulty in the game. There are minor
differences between them. The important ones will be detailed. All the items are
still in the same place, as are the key enemies. The enemies are stronger and
take a bit more cunning and skill to kill.
Just one more thing to note before I begin - if you play on another difficulty
than squire, stay on track with the walkthrough - don't let the changes throw
you
off. I have put in little notes to show where the changes are!
-----------------------------------
The Stronghold
The Stronghold is the bastion of Necros' power. Originally stolen from the
humans, it's an impregnable fortress, or at least they thought it was. Now it is
a symbol of the Legion's power and standing in the world of Ardon. Fortunately,
it is not hard to escape - only to enter.
You start here as a captive of the Legion of the Fallen, and the two skeleton
warriors that are in charge of you fall quickly to your quick wits. After you
have the sword and shield, head left and follow the passage till the end where
you will fight a phantom and find a healing potion. Retrace your steps and head
down the other path. take the corner and before you know it, you'll find
yourself
releasing the captain of the guard, a crusader named Ursan that bids you journey
to the Citadel to talk to the leader of the crusaders, Celestia. So that is
where
you will have to go. But first and foremost you have to make good your escape.
Search his cell to find a potion of healing. Then continue down the passage and
climb the stairs to find yourself face to face with a skeleton warrior. Slay him
and all others that follow and take the right passage to come out into daylight.
Look around and you will see a large, but closed gate. Now you just have to open
it. Look right and you should see another skeleton warrior. Kill him and operate
the switch to get the gate to open. Run and pass through the gate. You may be
attacked while doing this. If you are, face your opponent and kill him, then
open
the gate again. Run outside to freedom.
Cador Sul
Nestled between the Citadel and the Stronghold, it is the Legion's next target.
The town is a small one, but has all the essentials for the wandering crusader -
well the one anyway. It has an armoury, a good place to buy and sell weapons and
armour, as well as potions. The town is peaceful, but that won't always be the
case...
Right after you exit from the Stronghold, head right and pick up the gold and
the
speed potion. Then head back and go the other way. Beat up the skeleton warriors
and take their longswords. You can sell them for 120 gold pieces apiece at the
armoury in town. You can’t get lost here (unless you really try to!). Just
continue going straight and you’ll hit a cabin. There are three skeleton
warriors
to slay (one is inside) and head into town. Talk to everyone you meet and
continue going straight. The first building you see is the scale armour. Then
continue until you hit another cabin. A skeleton ghost hides behind it, so you
should kill it. There are also some other skeleton warriors to the right of the
cabin (as seen from the way you get there), as well as the entrance to the
Catacombs. You can’t go in there yet, so go back to the cabin and head out the
third way. Just follow that path until you get to another junction at which
point
you should go right first to take out a skeleton warrior camp. Then take the
left
way and continue going straight until you hit a bridge. Walk over the bridge and
you will see an airship. Talk to Aerrin to get a lift to the Citadel.
The Citadel
A floating bastion for the forces of good, the Citadel is the home of the
Crusade. Celestia, the leader of the crusaders and head of the Citadel becomes
important for the unrolling story, seeing as to Drake is constantly doing her
bidding. A better armoury can be found here.
Get off the airship and head into the large room. Walk directly across the room
and enter the middle room. Go down the stairs and exit the room. You’ll be in a
large circular chamber, head right until you see a door on the left wall that is
flanked by two guards. They’ll tell you that Lady Celestia is expecting you.
Open
the door, go in and proceed up the stairs to find yourself in her throne room.
She’ll tell you that she wants you to get the Horn of Shattering from the
dwarves
of Corantha so you can blast the Stronghold’s gates down. Visit the armoury (up
to you to find) and return to the ship. Talk to Aerrin again to get a lift back
to the mainland.
Quickly head back to the third cabin (the first one before you hit the section
with the armour shop) and enter it. Talk to the lady to get a Torch Light Spell
Book. Now go to the Catacomb’s entrance and enter it now.
-----------------------------------
The Catacombs
"Ye Olde Catacombs" are what the signs say about the place. Old they are and
they
connect to three of the game's areas, including Cador Sul, the Glaciers and the
Duskwood. They are dark and contain many enemies for the wary crusader to
eradicate. Also filled with treasure and spells, it's a veritable treasure trove
-
if you can find them!
Here is a quick way to get through, while getting most, if not all, of the
treasure at the same time. At the start there is a sort of "bridge" in the
centre. Follow it until it starts going down and into another hall. Before
entering the hall go either to the left or right and go all the way to the end,
directly under where you started to get some gold and a healing potion. Then by
heading back to the unentered hall, but by going under the bridge, you will find
another dark passage, under the bridge of course. Follow that passage down the
stairs and into a larger room. There is a healing potion in one of the room’s
corners. Then pull the switch to cause the floor to cave in. Go down to the
sunken floor and head into the new passage under the switch. Meet the lightning
blast of a skeleton ghost and introduce him to the second death. Grab the
Thunderous Hammer, which is simply the most powerful weapon you have found to
date. Head back up to the bridge and into the previously unentered hall. Head
right and into the little passageway in the right wall. Follow the passage to
the
end and open the chest to get a Shield of Swiftness in Action. Head out of the
passageway and continue down the hall. Go up the stairs and dispatch the
skeleton
warriors.
Take the nearby stairs to the catacombs themselves (described thusly due to the
pillars and the crypt-like feel to the room). Dispatch all the skeleton
warriors,
then head towards the far wall. Take a right, then two lefts. Continue down the
hall until you find a break in the wall on your right. Use the wooden planks to
go down. Pick up the potions and head to the small passage under the planks to
get a heavy mace. Return to the room where you got the potions and go under the
other arch. Go straight and take a left when the hall runs out. Continue until
the corridor opens up into a natural cavern. Continue going forward and mow down
all the skeletons in your way. It’s pretty straight forward. It all changes when
you hit the overturned wagon. At that point, equip your biggest, baddest bashing
weapon, preferably the Thunderous Hammer and proceed forward cautiously. This is
the first encounter you will have with the earth elemental. They are immune to
weak slashing weapons and can rip you to shreds in seconds. There is a second in
the mushroom patch farther on. They take about two to four hits to slay. After
you kill the two, continue on your way until you see a bridge. Jump onto it and
walk carefully. If you need to, hold shift to walk. When at the end jump down
and
kill the skeleton warriors. Then go right and open the chest to get the Amber
Ring of Quickness. Equip it and then take the left path. Jump onto the second
bridge, continue on until you get to the third bridge at which point you will
undoubtedly see a swinging bridge. Continue past it and you will soon see a
second such bridge. Make a timely jump to get onto the bridge and then jump onto
the other side. On the right there is a chest with a Stone Skin Spell Book
within
it. Get it and hurry back to the other side of the swinging bridge. Continue the
way you were leading until the natural cavern end and halls can once again be
seen.
There is a skeleton warrior right on the inside to the left, so remember to take
him out. Continue and you’ll find yourself walking on a wavy bridge over a long
fall. Skeleton Warriors guard it, so you’ll have to knock them all down. At the
end, turn left and slowly climb down the side. Watch out for the two earth
elementals. Kill them before they have the chance to return the favour. Continue
down and get the Fire Ball Spell Book. It’s floating in midair for some reason
or
another. After having grabbed it, head back up to the foot of the bridge where
you will descend into the darkness. Enter the beginning of the hall there.
Go straight down the hall, but stay wary of the skeleton ghost. Continue until
the path splits to the left and right. At this point, return to the top of the
stairs where you can jump onto the ledges on either the left or right sides.
Looking down the stairs, jump onto the ledge on your left. Follow the narrow
ledge to the end of the hall where, there on your left, is a niche. Enter it and
open the treasure chest. Return to the top of the stairs and take the opposite
ledge. The third niche has some floating gold and a metal Shield of the
Crusader,
which greatly enhances your defences. Head back to the ledge and continue on
your
way. The second last niche has a skeleton ghost inhabitant who is wearing banded
armour, an improvement over the scale armour you should be wearing. Go back to
the stairs, then back to the diverging path. Take the left fork. Go into the
smaller door. Continue down the stairs and clear the larger room from it’s
inhabitants. In one of the two sets of shelves lies Mica’s Key. Pick it up and
go
down the other passage. Ignore the alcoves and destroy the skeleton ghost. Take
both the left and fright branches and kill the earth elemental at either end. Go
back to the last door you opened and open the door on the right - you have to
equip Mica’s Key to unlock the door.
Follow the new passage and kill all skeletons that you find. You’ll soon hit the
gate. Open it to enter the Duskwood.
Note: on the higher difficulty levels, there is a single physical change to this
level. The planks near the swinging bridges now consist of only the posts. You
now have to jump from one to another, and dodge lightning bolts later on... Just
make use of your autosave here...
The Duskwood
A forbidden forest inhabited by the ogres and dashers. The former are ugly
brutes
and the latter are insectoids. The forest has a single remarkable feature - the
Dasher Village that can only be accessed later in the game. There are four exits
from the Duskwood - to the Catacombs, Corantha, the Glaciers and to the Eastern
Stronghold.
Heal yourself and be prepared for some rough-housing with the locals - the
dashers. They attack you in groups of twos and threes and can kill you quite
easily if you don’t adequately defend yourself. Use your fireball spell to
damage
groups of charging dashers.
When you begin here, simply head straight - there is no where else to go but
back. Continue until you see a sign post. This means that there are ogres ahead.
So be careful! Run into the glade and slay as many ogres as you want, then go to
any of the two signless paths and work your way to the next sign post. The ogre
there has a Shield of Quality. Continue along the path until it loads up the
next
area.
Keep following the path until the area widens. A dasher here is carrying a
Heroism Spell Book. You are now in the Dasher Village. Kill the remaining
dashers
in the area and head to the area directly opposite from the way you entered the
village. Follow the path until it splits into two. Since you want to go to
Corantha head right. Straight leads you to the Eastern Stronghold.
-----------------------------------
Corantha
Kingdom of the dwarves and home to the Horn of Shattering. The dwarves here are
in the middle of a war with a clan of disgruntled workers. Home to the best shop
in the game, this is a great place to buy a new set of equipement.
Go straight and talk to the dwarven guards to learn that they are suffering from
a civil war. Continue and cross the bridge. Enter the fort and check the shops.
Continue by going straight across from the hall you just entered the square by
and follow the road until you see an opening in the right hand wall. Remember
this place and continue going down to the mines. When in the mines, go straight
across the s-shaped bridge and take a left at the first crossroads. Follow this
passage until a new area loads. When next you enter a large room, search the ore
cart to find a Lightning Bolt Spell Book. Now go back to the place I told you to
remember.
Go through the break in the wall and into the circular room. Pick up the three
potions and the Stone Skin Spell Book from the bench, then go into the other
room
and to talk to the counsellors. They "ask" you to retrieve their prince who is
being held captive in the mines. Go back to the road and continue on your way to
get to the mines.
-----------------------------------
Corantha Mines
The source of the dwarves' wealth, the mines have been taken over by the
Ironpick
Rebels. Prince Dain is held captive deep within.
Go straight and jump down. On the bridge over the lava there is a Torch Light
Spell Book. Go straight and you’ll meet a pair of hostile dwarves. Kill them and
you’ll meet a pair of hostile dwarves. Kill them and you’ll see that you are at
a
junction. Either path takes you to the right place. The only difference is the
resistance down both corridors. Down the right path you’ll fight earth
elementals
and down the left path you’ll only fight dwarves. Take whichever you want! The
left way is easier, so when you go down it, you will quickly come to an
intersection where there is a ramp on the left. The ramp leads back to the last
junction, so go straight ahead until it loads a new area.
Go straight until you hit a larger room. From here go straight across into the
corridor (the other is blocked) and continue until you hit a room with bubbling
lava at the bottom. Jump to the lower ledge to get another Fire Ball Spell Book.
Then proceed to the next ledge. Go straight and battle the sextet of dwarves
that
converge on you. Then take a left, then another left at the next intersection.
Then continue on until you come across a room with a floor of lava. There you’ll
battle your first fire elemental. Attack it with a blunt weapon. After you’ve
killed it, jump across the little platforms to get to the other side. Continue
until you get to a large room with a fire elemental in it. Kill it and head to
the cut stone wall near the lava. Jump up and catch hold of it and continue
going
until you hit a large room with both a fire and earth elemental in it. Kill them
and head to the cell to rescue the prince.
With the prince in tow you quickly make it back to the council hall to discover
that you need to return the Scepter of Regency before you can get the Horn of
Shattering. The Scepter of Regency was stolen by the Ogres of Duskwood.
-----------------------------------
Duskwood Revisited
The creatures have been respawned and replaced mostly by Ogres! Your goal is to
take their main camp by storm to retrieve the Scepter of Regency!
Leave Corantha and head left at the first intersection. Continue heading
straight, past the Dasher Village until a new area is loaded up. At the first
intersection you come to, head right and kill the first ogre you see. He drops a
Soul Drink Spell Book. On the left you’ll soon see a little opening. Head in
there to battle the ogre leader and to get the Scepter and the Dasher Necklace.
Hurry back to Corantha. When you get back to the Dasher Village look on the left
side and you’ll see a wagon. Pick up the Mace of the Righteous.
Return to Corantha and bring Dain the Scepter of Regency. He gives you the Horn
of Shattering. It's now time to head back to the Citadel.
-----------------------------------
Back to the Citadel
From Corantha, head back to the Duskwood, then the Catacombs to return to the
Cador Sul. From there it is an easy task to find your way to the Citadel...
The Duskwood is full of enemies again, so kill them all. If you want the final
Fire Ball Spell Book, then head to the Eastern Stronghold. It's really easy to
find - just wander around until you get to a hall with three arches hanging over
it, continue past it and soon enough you'll see a stone overpass. The book is
upon it! Now return to the Duskwood. When you exit the Dasher Village (on your
way to the first part of the wood) there is a dasher carrying a Heroism Spell
Book. Pick it up after you kill him. Right before the entrance to the Catacombs
there is a giant ogre. Kill him for lots of experience. Enter the Catacombs.
On your way stop off where you got the Fire Ball Spell Book to get the Mace of
Unbridled Faith. After the wavy bridge there is a dark mage that is carrying a
Fist of Necros and a Boomer Axe. After you exit the natural tunnels and get up
to
the main floor you’ll be swarmed by skeleton spirits and skeleton ghosts. There
is also a spirt warrior here. Kill him to get a powerful Shadow Blade. You can
get a Vampiric Shield and a Blade of Hunger from where you got the Shield of
Swiftness in Action. Finally, on the bridge near the exit there is a Lightning
Bolt Spell Book. Quickly run out.
From here you can quickly get two more spells for almost no effort! Head into
town, the tavern to be precise, and search the larder (behind the bar) to find a
Slow Spell Book. From here, head back to the Western Stronghold and you'll find
a
Soul Drink Spell Book in the middle of the road. Now head to the Citadel.
Go talk to Celestia and she’ll tell you that several of her crusaders have gone
missing in the Glaciers. Ursan was their leader. Well back you go to the
Catacombs!
-----------------------------------
Catacombs Revisited, To the Glaciers
Cador Sul has been taken by the Legion of the Fallen and it's time for Drake to
take his final trip through the Catacombs. This time he has to go to the
Glaciers
to rescue Ursan for the second time. Then a trip to Cador Sul is in order.
After talking to Celestia head over to shop and go down the stairs there. From
there, go through the room and into the hall. The hall is circular - enter the
room in the center. On one of the tables there is a Spectral Ally Spell Book.
From the Citadel head to Cador Sul where you’ll find that it has been overrun by
the Legion. Your only interest here is the Snap Freeze Spell Book that is
carried
by a dark mage in front of the tavern. You should also pick up a Reflective
Shield, a shield that will block lightning bolt spells. Head back to the
Catacombs. On the way an old crone will give you the Talisman of True Sight.
In the Catacombs the enemies have returned and are more powerful. In the large
room with the many pillars, there is a Spectral Ally Spell Book to the right of
the stairs. After the spiral bridge, go down the stairs and take a right this
time to get to the tunnel that leads to the Glaciers.
Keep going straight. Soon you’ll hit a patch of mushrooms - full of skeleton
warriors. Use your lightning bolt spell to help you clear this area. Keep going
until you hit a door. The Glaciers are on the other side.
-----------------------------------
The Glaciers
Otherwise known as the frozen wastes, the Glaciers are just covered with snow
and
ice. Home to the glacial titans it is indeed a formidable place to unskilled
crusaders. Deep within the mountains there is a large crevasse. At the bottom
there is a large cavern - the Glacial City as I call it.
Go forward a bit and talk to Aerrin. She’ll tell you to find Ursan and bring him
back. Easier said than done! Head in the direction that the airship is facing
and
kill all the water elementals you find (should be ice elementals if you ask me!)
Use a hammer or mace to kill them - otherwise it takes too long to get all of
them down on the ground. Continue until you hit a pair of skulls on sticks. Take
the Snap Freeze Spell Book from the crevasse just before them and then continue
on. Here you’ll meet the glacial titans for the first time. I kill them in a
single strike from my hammer (squire mode!), so I recommend that you use it too
(Drujer’s Wrathful Hammer). Soon you’ll hit a junction. The left path leads to a
dead end so take the right path. Soon you’ll hit the entrance to the Glacial
City.
The Glacial City
The Glacial City is the home of the ice titans (as Drake calls them) and a giant
space ship. Captain Ursan is also held here. Watch out for the numerous
stalactites that fall from above!
Continue going forward and go down the dark chute. Keep going forward until the
area widens. If you look ahead, you should see a sort of "overpass" in the air.
There is in fact a series of them leading to the top where a great treasure
awaits you. To get to the first of the overpasses, look directly to your right.
You should see some ledges. Jump to them and get on the first catwalk. Continue
doing this until you find the Holy Wrath Spell Book at the top. Then return to
the bottom. Now go down the slope and head straight to the first junction. When
there, take a left until you see some ledges up on the wall. There is a Slow
Spell Book on the top one. When you have it, head back to the start of the area.
Take a left and climb up to the top of the little hill and continue down that
path. Soon you’ll see the frame of something huge. What is it? I don’t know yet.
Just ignore it for now. Continue under it and into the far corridor. Soon you’ll
hit a junction. Take the left path. At the next junction you’ll see a large
statue. Head toward it. Kill the titans and head behind the statue to rescue
Ursan. You’ll return to the air ship where Ursan tells you to bring a scroll to
the King of the Dwarves and then to meet him at the gates of the Western
Stronghold.
-----------------------------------
The Scroll
You have to bring the scroll to King Dain, the new king of Corantha. But the
passage to the Catacombs is blocked - so you have to find a new way. There is a
passage to the Duskwood - if only the dashers would let you through!
If you want a Heroism Spell Book, head back to the Glacial City, where if you
head down the first slope, you'll find the book on a ledge. Otherwise, with the
Scroll in hand, head down the one path you haven’t been down before (there is a
little wagon marking the path). At the end, pass through the gate to get to the
Duskwood. As soon as you enter you’ll be attacked by a dasher. A little cinema
scene takes place as you watch Drake kill it, then it speaks to you. You are to
use the Starship Rune it gives you in the Glaciers to get the spell that can
help
you kill the decievers (those little ghost thingies floating above people's
heads). Well since this is your only way back to Corantha, you have to do as he
says.
Back to the Glaciers.
-----------------------------------
The Spell of Solidify
To help the dashers you must procure the spell of Solidify. It is hidden in the
starship in the Glacial City.
Head back to the Glacial City. Go down the chute and proceed forward to the city
proper. You can head back over the hanging walkways to get a Blade of the Silent
Chill. Otherwise, simply head left and up the slope to get to a tunnel. Follow
the tunnel until you find the space ship like contraption. On the side of it
(near the dark mage) there is a hatch that you can enter with the help of the
rune you got from the dasher. Enter it.
The ship's interior is murky and extremely treacherous. The path is
straightforward but extrememly thin. Watch your step, especially when you fight
the ship's robotic guardians. They hurl spells and can take a beating before
they
die. There are only a few of them and soon you'll hit a bunch of ledges. Jumping
up them will get you to the pedestal holding the Solidify Spell Book.
-----------------------------------
To Save Insectkind and to Deliver a Message
Now that you have the spell, it's possible to go to the Duskwood. Help the
dashers and visit their grand treetop village and bring the scroll to the
dwarves...
Retrace your steps to leave the ship. When you're out of the ship, you'll see
quickly that the creatures have respawned. Head back down the tunnel that you
took to get to the ship. In that tunnel you'll fight a phantom and get a Soul
Drink Spell Book. Head back up the chute and back into the Glaciers.
Head back and at the junction take the right path and kill the dark mage at the
dead end to get a Snap Freeze Spell Book. Now head back to the Duskwood,. When
there you'll talk with the leader of the dashers. He'll escort you to the Dasher
Village, which is in the treetops. He'll show you their prison and Drake will
heal the ensorceled dashers by making the deceivers visible. For this you'll get
free access to the Dasher Village. Buy a hand bow from their weapons shop and
head out of town (you'll have to explore the area to find it). Head to Corantha,
but take the left path instead to the Eastern Stronghold. On your way you'll
find
a Spectral Ally Spell Book on the body of an enemy. Now head back to Corantha.
Walk behind the tavern to get a Slow Spell Book. Visit the weapon shop (buy a
Divine Justice - it's a mace) and then head to the city council hall. On your
way
you'll see a blue break in the wall on your right. Near the wagon there is a
Stone Skin Spell Book. Now proceed to Prince Dain's court to watch Drake kill
the
deceiver that possesses one of the council members and to give the prince the
scroll form Captain Ursan. It's blank. Is Ursan up to something? The only thing
to do now is to meet up with the guy on the other side of the Stronghold.
-----------------------------------
Eastern Stronghold
The Eastern Stronghold is just a little town on the eastern side of the
Stronghold. Nothing spectacular here except for the spell books...
Head over to the Eastern Stronghold. On the way you'll fight an enemy wielding a
red halberd. He is also carrying a Spectral Ally Spell Book. When you get there,
you'll find yourself in a sort of town outside of it's gates. Head into the
town.
Head left at the first crossroads and jump up onto the little bridge over the
street. Jump up to the left building and just walk forward until you fall down
onto a porch. Cross the wooden bridge and pick up the Lightning Spell Book. Go
back to the wooden bridge and jump off to the left and take two lefts. You'll
see
a road with three arches over it. When next you see a little overpass jump over
the railing. Go straight to get a Holy Wrath Spell Book. Then continue on your
way until you get to the Stronghold entrance where Drake uses the Horn of
Shattering to blow the gates wide open. Enter the gaping doorway.
-----------------------------------
Stronghold Proper
Finally! Necros' main fortress! The place you started the game is also near the
ned of it! For the end of the game, this level isn't too hard...
Head left and up the stairs. Kill the dark mage and go up the next flight of
stairs. Go across the parapet until you hit a flight of stairs going down. Go
down two flights to get back to ground level. Go across the courtyard and up the
stairs. You'll find yourself in a dark room. Head left and jump onto the ledge
to
find a Holy Wrath Spell Book behind some barrels. Head back to the entrance of
the room, but take the left passage instead. Head back to the entrance of the
room, but take the left passage instead. Continue and enter the courtyard. Take
the right stairs down and follow the hall until it loads a new area. On your way
you'll undoubtably take a look at the monlothic structure you can see through
the
windows. That's the final level, the Juggernaut! But anyway...
Continue going until you hit some stairs. Go left and jump the railing. Clear
the
courtyard. Remember this place? Pull the switch to open the gate. Meet the
crusaders and head left until you see the airship. Aerren flies you to Necros'
Juggernaut.
-----------------------------------
Necros's Juggernaut
The final battle at last! But first you'll have to navigate the hallways through
large amounts of enemies to even get to him!
At the first junction, head left and continue to the next junction. Take another
left. Continue and go around the corners and be prepared to fight many enemies
down a single hall. Go up the ramps and into a circular chamber. Leave it via a
passage on the other side of the room. Continue down until Drake opens a door.
The final fight with Necros takes place in the next room...
-----------------------------------
Necros
Depending on how well you leveled up, you will have a varied difficulty here. At
low levels Necros will whipe the floor with your face, at higher levels he is
easy to breeze by. But in any case, on with the game!
After listening to Necros prattle on and on about nothing, the battle starts. He
shoots some kind of spell at you that knocks you down and does a lot of damage.
He has a shield that absorbs a lot of damage. Just cast Heroism, Stone Skin and
use your resistance potions, as well as a speed potion and head in with your
favourite weapon for a slaughter! He isn't that hard. Good Luck!
Here is the section you would most likely turn to first when you read this guide

take a bit more cunning and skill to kill.
Good Luck!
